With enlargements of rings and other adjustments as well you need to know that you have chosen a good jeweler who will make the adjustments so they are not noticeable which is a very skilled job. Of course the best way to choose a jeweler is through a recommendation from someone you trust who has had a similar kind of job done.

Also look out for stores specializing in selling work from local jewelry designers, these can be even more unique as each design may be slightly different and in very small quantities often from amateur jewelers or those studying to become jewelers: often it is a matter of picking designs you like and worrying less about the materials as long as they are reasonable quality.
